Companies are often faced with the problem of whom to send to look after their branch office. Either no suitable managers are available yet, their contracts are expiring, or they drop out at short notice. Many companies also shy away from the costs incurred in a start-up when sending a qualified manager from the parent company.

We offer these companies to temporarily fill/take over the vacant position and related work. This may include:

  • Acting as manager on a temporary basis
  • Acting as authorized signatories on the bank accounts

  • Supervising of employees and processes

  • Enforcing the guidelines/specifications from the parent company
  • Reporting to the specified positions in the parent company
